At K9 Cardio Fitness, we are a devoted team with over a decade of experience caring for canine companions. Our journey began with our own beloved dogs and grew through our desire to make a meaningful impact on their lives. Through K9 Cardio Fitness, we’ve combined our love for dogs with our commitment to their health and well-being.
Our mobile van is equipped with temperature control to ensure a comfortable environment for your dog year-round. Inside, we feature non-motorized treadmills that adapt to each dog’s individual pace, providing a personalized workout that meets their needs.
Our mobile dog gym is designed to address various challenges, whether your dog struggles with anxiety, weight management, or simply needs a good workout. We understand that not every dog owner has access to spacious fields or has the time to provide regular exercise. That’s why we bring the gym to you, ensuring your dog gets the activity they need while you focus on your busy schedule.
We offer a range of fitness options that cater to individual needs, helping dogs stay active, reduce behavioral issues, and maintain a healthy weight. Our goal is to support dogs in our community, fostering a fun and long-lasting healthy lifestyle for each one.

Meet Xavier and Brandon, the passionate duo behind K9 Cardio Fitness. Our journey together began in 2012 while working a warehouse job, but it was the rescue of our beloved puppy, Silas, that truly shaped our path. Silas, a spirited and lovable companion, brought immense joy to our lives as we explored trails, sniffed trees, and searched for bunnies and squirrels together.
During our time with Silas, we lived in a duplex with limited outdoor space, which inspired our dream of creating a more expansive, enriching environment for pets. Although we provided Silas with the best care and love we could, we often wished for more space and activities to keep him active and happy. Sadly, Silas faced a battle with cancer in 2022, and we had to say goodbye to our dear friend.
In November 2023, our hearts were lifted when we connected with Dax, a playful pup formerly known as Belmont, through a Facebook post by Indianapolis Animal Care Services. Dax has since become a cherished part of our family, bringing new energy and joy into our lives. From playing frisbee and fetch to rolling in fresh grass and watching squirrels, Dax has rejuvenated our love for canine companionship.
With our personal experiences and a deep commitment to animal well-being, we are thrilled to launch K9 Cardio Fitness. Our mission is to provide a safe, stimulating environment where pets can thrive both physically and mentally. We look forward to engaging with the community, supporting pet owners, and continuing to grow our skills and knowledge in animal care.
