This consultation is our way of tailoring our service to your pet’s unique needs before scheduling visits where pet parents will not be present.

Personalized Visits for Every Pet
We schedule one-hour visits, with 45 minutes dedicated to interacting with and caring for your pets. While many pets enjoy a 30-minute outdoor walk around the neighborhood, we know that every pet has unique needs. That’s why we offer personalized care and enrichment options to create the best experience for them.
Greet & Potty Prep (5-10 Minutes)
We start each visit by greeting your pet and getting them ready for their potty break using your provided gear (or one of ours, if needed).
Potty Break / Walk (15-30 Minutes)
Weather permitting, we take your dog for a refreshing walk. If you have a fenced yard and give permission, we always check that gates are secure before letting them outside. In bad weather, we swap the walk for indoor activities.
Decompress & Refresh (5-10 Minutes)
After exercise, we help your pet settle back in by refreshing their water and checking food as needed.
