Service Description
A K9 Cardio Fitness Specialist will stop by during your scheduled day and time to provide care for your pet(s). Greet & Potty Prep (5 Minutes): We’ll greet your dog(s) and prepare them for their potty break, using your leash and harness or by providing one if needed. Potty Break / Walk (15-30 Minutes): Your pet(s) are guaranteed a 30-Minute Walk during each visit unless there is inclement weather. When there is a weather warning or excessively low or high temperatures, we may shorten walks to 15 minutes for everyone's safety. During inclement weather, we may substitute the walk with an indoor activity time at the owner's home. If a fenced yard is available and with your permission, we will check all fence/gate doors are closed before letting your dog(s) outside. Decompress (5-10 Minutes): After the walk, we’ll ensure your pet(s) is/are comfortable. We’ll clean and refill the water bowl and check the food if required. $10 Upcharge per additional dog.
Policies and Procedures
To ensure the comfort and safety of both you, your pet(s) and our team, we kindly ask that the pet(s) owner(s) are present for the Free Pet Sitting Consultation. After this Free Pet Sitting Consultation, if you're interested in scheduling unsupervised sessions, please reach out to us via call, text, or email. This step allows us to coordinate a safe and secure arrangement for both you, your pet(s), and our team. To participate in the Agility Course Practice, you MUST have a fenced in backyard. If a K9 Fitness Specialist determines the area unsuitable for the service, the K9 Fitness Specialist may offer an alternate service if available. K9 Cardio Fitness reserves the right to cancel service at any time for any reason. Cancellation may result in a cancellation fee of $15. Rescheduling or canceling your appointment may be done at no charge up to three (3) hours before your service start time. Any service appointment rescheduled or cancelled within three (3) hours of service time may result in a reschedule/cancellation fee of $15. For holiday visits, these may be available for clients who have established unsupervised visits. Please note that an additional service fee will apply for holiday appointments.
